MSISM - My Speedy Icon Simple Maker
MSISM is a single-purpose utility that converts image files into Windows icon (.ico) files. Drag and drop an image onto the program window to create an .ico file containing the selected icon sizes.
This program is freeware and may be used free of charge for both personal and business/commercial use. Copyright and ownership remain with makeyouhappydev. Unauthorized modification, redistribution, or resale is not permitted.
This program does not perform network communication, file uploads, registry modification, startup registration, or background resident operation. It also does not save separate settings, cache, or log files.

Main Features
- Drag-and-drop conversion of one image file
- Actual image decoding validation and a maximum input size of 4096×4096
- 16×16 (always included), 32×32, 64×64, 128×128, and 256×256 icon sizes
- Keep aspect ratio + transparent padding / center crop / stretch resize modes
- Output using the source file name or a custom name
- If the custom name is left empty, the output file is myicon.ico
- If an .ico file with the same name already exists, conversion fails without overwriting it
- Korean/English UI switching
